About Our Owner

Larry and Sally Strayer have been married for 37 years and have enjoyed traveling in just about all of them! In their early years, they traveled extensively with their three children all over the states. As the children got older, they started taking yearly family vacations in the Caribbean and Mexico, sharing their love of travel with their children. Larry and Sally still continue their yearly vacations with their growing family . . .ten and still growing!

They love to travel on their own as well! They have traveled extensively in Mexico, the Caribbean, Alaska and Europe. They've cruised the Panama Canal and the Mediterranean. The list is almost endless and they add to it at least twice a year!

Larry loves to travel and to share his experiences which encouraged him to become a travel agent in 2001. In 2004, Above & Beyond Travel was born with the desire to provide clients with incredible service and information directly from his experiences. In the past seven years, he has had extensive training and has received a CLIA (Cruise Lines International Association) certification and an IATAN (International Air Transport Association) certification.
